Olson 1to1's Emmanuelle Mehta Wins Ad2 '32 Under 32' Award

Additional finalists include Zach Schaap and Coley Lind

Olson 1to1, a division of ICF Olson, announced today Associate Account Director Emmanuelle Mehta won a coveted “32 Under 32” award at the Ad2 awards last night at the Minneapolis Event Center.
Last night’s ceremony was the fifth annual “32 Under 32,” and it celebrates Minnesota’s advertising, marketing, creative and PR all-stars who are absolutely crushing it before they can (legally) blow out 32 birthday candles. The award recognizes 32 of the next generation of leaders and true movers and shakers who shape the industry. One hundred and five people were nominated.
“It was an honor to be nominated by my peers and to receive this recognition from Ad2 and AdFed,” said Ms. Mehta. “During my career, it has been a joy to work on some of the largest and most exciting brands, and I look forward to continuing that work and driving results for our clients with the Olson 1to1 team!”
Ms. Mehta joined the agency in February of this year as associate account director on the Luxottica account, where she is primarily responsible for the Target Optical and Sears Optical brands.
A second and third member of the Olson 1to1 team, Art Director Zach Schaap and Designer Coley Lind, were also nominated for the award and were finalists in the show.
Mr. Schaap was instrumental in launching a nationally recognized marketing solution for Lenscrafters – specifically for its revolutionary new digital eye exam technology, Clarifye. “See How Your Child Sees” leverages an immersive 360-degree video experience allowing parents to experience the classroom with a vision problem from their child’s perspective and recently won a regional award by American Advertising Federation.
Ms. Lind plays a critical role in designing conceptual stories for Citibank, both in design and animation, that have consistently led to a record amount of engagement, and acquisition. She also mentors the industry’s budding design talent in Nice Moves, a design and animation mentorship program. She recently volunteered her creative talents by painting a piano for this year’s Minneapolis Downtown Council’s Pianos on Parade.
